Pointe Preparation & Ballet Conditioning 

Thursday's 6:30pm - 7:15pm 


This class is suitable for students preparing to go onto Pointe or those already on Pointe. In this class students will begin by strengthening their feet and ankles with a focus on technical accurancy. 


This class will also include ballet conditioning to ensure students build strength, not only in their ankels and feet, but their whole body ensuring students are stable and supported as they progress to dancing on pointe. 


Please note

Students will do atleast six months training without pointe shoes before their strength and technique is assessed to go onto pointe. Pointe shoes can be dangerous, please do not buy pointe shoes until instructed. Students must be taking atleast one ballet class a week in addition to this class for safety reasons.

    September - December 2019 (11 weeks of dance classes)

    January - May 2020 (16 weeks of dance classes)

    Starts: Monday 13th January 2020*       

    Half Term: Friday 14th February       

    Starts: Monday 24th February

    End of Term: Friday 3rd April

    Starts: Monday 20th April

    End of Term: Friday 29th May 2020
