If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.  We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a full refund for the cost of the items returned, provided that the goods are returned to us unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, with any tags/labels intact.

 

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014: Orders for personalised or custom made items, cannot be cancelled and these goods are non-returnable unless the items are faulty. Underwear (including tights) and cosmetics can only be returned unopened.

 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour in the same style, then we will be happy to send the replacement item to you, subject to stock availability.

 

Sizing

Please, please check the size of any shoes that you receive by trying them on. Many of our shoes are supplied in US and/or European sizes which we convert to UK sizes on the basis of years of experience supplying these shoes in the UK marketplace. You should not necessarily pay attention to the size on the packaging or shoe.

 

Faulty Goods

On rare occasions your goods are faulty, we will then either refund, repair or replace the items in accordance with your statutory rights. Faulty goods need to be returned within 7 days.

 

Processing Your Refund

We will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days of receiving the returned goods.  We issue refunds via the payment method that you used to place the order only.

 

We are very proud of our students and we expect them to be proud of the uniform they wear.

 

The uniform and general good grooming is an integral part of DSL discipline and forms an essential part of preparation and focus for class. As such, class uniform is mandatory after a student’s first half-term of attendance.

 

For graded examination classes the regulation uniform for each examination board (I.S.T.D, I.D.T.A and R.A.D) is mandatory for classes as well as the examination.

 

As students progress from juniors to seniors the uniform will mature and change with them. We hope this will instil a sense of pride in moving up to the next class, creating a tangible, visible difference. It also keeps the uniform clean and neat.

 

We ask that DSL uniform is bought through our suppliers in order to ensure consistency from one students uniform to the next as any uniform for graded examinations that is not identical to the uniform we specify can not be accepted for examinations.
