When ordering uniform or DSL apparel from our online store please read the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy carefully before placing your order.

Orders and Delivery

All orders are placed in bulk at the end and start of each term and half term (approximately every 4-6 weeks). On occasions where demand is high, orders can be placed during term time, but please be aware your order will be accepted but pending if ordered during the middle of the term.

 

Once a bulk order is placed please allow 10 working days for delivery. All dance uniform will be handed out to students during their dance lessons.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen from DSL, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt.  We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a full refund for the cost of the items returned, provided that the goods are returned to us unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, with any tags/labels intact.

 

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014: Orders for personalised or custom made items, cannot be cancelled and these goods are non-returnable unless the items are faulty. Underwear (including tights) and cosmetics can only be returned unopened.

 

Exchange

​If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour in the same style, then we will be happy to send the replacement item to you, subject to stock availability.

 

Sizing

​Please check the size of any shoes that you receive by trying them on. Many of our shoes are supplied in US and/or European sizes which we convert to UK sizes on the basis of years of experience supplying these shoes in the UK marketplace. You should not necessarily pay attention to the size on the packaging or shoe.

 

Faulty Goods

​On rare occasions your goods are faulty, we will then either refund, repair or replace the items in accordance with your statutory rights. Faulty goods need to be returned within 7 days.

 

Processing Your Refund

​We will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days of receiving the returned goods.  We issue refunds via the payment method that you used to place the order only.
